He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore T. Mouw and Ruth Mouw (Schuchard); his daughter Cindy Mouw; his stepson Eron Harris; and his brother Edward Mouw.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne A. Harris (Prior); his children, Theodore Mouw III (Shelly) and Errica Withan (Jim); his stepsons, Mark Corrion and Eric Harris; and his grandchildren, Matt, Nikole, Seth, Danielle and Jessica.
