She is survived by: her husband Michael "Mike" Slancik; her children, Jeff Slancik (Wendy) and Denise Sheridan (Ken); her grandchildren, Katie, Noah, Nathan Sheridan, Zach Slancik (Kayla Grappin), Bella, Izzy, Amy and Remy; her siblings, John Datzko (Sharon), Greg Datzko (Collette), Michelle Strawn, Pete and Chris Datzko; and her close friends, Yvonne Fowler, Nancy Biggs and Laura Krueger.
