Sandra K. Cascaddan Obituary

Sandra K. Cascaddan, aged 73, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2025, in Kawkawlin, Michigan, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on October 28, 1951, in Kingsport, Tennessee, Sandra's life was a testament to the joy and warmth she brought into the world.

Sandra's early years in Tennessee laid the foundation for her lifelong love of the outdoors and the simple pleasures of life. Her passion for puzzles and board games began in childhood and remained a cherished pastime throughout her life. She carried this love into her own family, creating a home that was always filled with laughter, competition, and camaraderie.

As a mother to three sons, James, David (Valeria), and Carl Cascaddan, Sandra was the epitome of unconditional love and support. Her guidance and wisdom were the pillars that helped shape their lives, and her legacy lives on through them. Sandra's role as a grandmother to Zachary, Alexander, Kaycee, Oliviah, Adrianna, and Arianne, and as a great-grandmother to Miikhail, was one of her greatest joys. She cherished every moment spent with them, instilling in them her love for nature and animals, and the value of family traditions.

Sandra's kitchen was the heart of her home, where the aromas of her cooking and baking filled the air and drew family and friends together. Her culinary skills were second only to her generosity, as she loved nothing more than sharing her creations with those she loved. Sandra's weekends were often spent with the melodies of old country music playing in the background, a soundtrack to the many happy memories created in her presence.

Those who knew Sandra will remember her as a passionate, loving, and thoughtful woman. Her ability to listen with an open heart and offer words of comfort was a gift to all who had the privilege of knowing her. Sandra's influence extended beyond her family, touching the lives of many in her community through her kindness and compassion.

Sandra's love for nature was evident in the way she lived her life, always taking the time to appreciate the beauty of the world around her. Her gentle spirit and respect for all living things were qualities that defined her and inspired those around her to see the world through her eyes.

As we say goodbye to Sandra, we hold tight to the memories that she leaves behind. Her love, laughter, and the lessons she taught us will continue to guide us. Sandra's impact on our lives is immeasurable, and her spirit will forever be a beacon of light in the hearts of those who loved her.

We take comfort in knowing that Sandra lived a full and beautiful life, and while we will miss her dearly, we are grateful for the time we had with her. Her legacy of love and warmth will live on, a cherished memory in the fabric of our lives.
