She is survived by: her sister Carol Graham; her children, Dean Pharis (Jody), Brett Pharis (Melinda), DJ Pharis (Jason) and Dana Rambo (William); and her friend Judy Satkowiak. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, friends, extended family.
