Michelle Renee Morgan Obituary

Michelle Renee Morgan, affectionately known as "Miss" by those who knew her best, passed away peacefully at her father's home on February 10, 2025, following a lengthy illness. Born on October 27, 1972, in Flint, Michigan, to Richard and Melodee (Davis) Bean, Michelle's life was a testament to the power of love, creativity, and courage.

On August 11, 1995, Michelle married the love of her life, Jimmie D. Morgan Jr., at Messiah Lutheran Church in Clio, Michigan. Their union was blessed with a cherished daughter, Journie Ann Morgan, who became the center of Michelle's world. Michelle's devotion to her family was unwavering, and she was a loving wife, mother, and daughter.

Michelle's family was the cornerstone of her life. She was a beloved daughter to her mother, Melodee Davis, and father, Richard "Rick" (Charlotta) Bean. She shared a special bond with her sister, Melissa Verhage, and her brother, Matthew W. (Tracie) Bean. Michelle's extended family, including many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews, will dearly miss her presence and the warmth she brought to every family gathering.

Predeceased by her grandparents, Jack (Lois) Bean and William (Alice) Davis, as well as her aunt Jodi Huff and uncles Jim and Robert Bean, Michelle's memory will be cherished as a continuation of the family legacy they all helped build.

Michelle's interests and hobbies were a reflection of her loving and creative spirit. She had a passion for photography, capturing the beauty of the world around her. Crafting was another outlet for her artistic expression, and she found joy in creating beautiful things with her hands. Michelle loved to ride around the Rifle River Recreation Area, taking in the scenery and the tranquility of nature. These moments of exploration and appreciation were a cherished part of her life.

Her love for family gatherings was well-known, as she relished the opportunity to be surrounded by children and to be a devoted mother and loving aunt. Michelle's presence at these gatherings was always a source of joy and comfort to her family and friends.

The words that best describe Michelle are loving, creative, and courageous. She faced her illness with the same bravery and grace that she applied to all aspects of her life. Her legacy will be carried on through the lives of those she touched with her kindness and her unwavering spirit.

Michelle's work history and association involvement, though not the defining elements of her life, were nonetheless an extension of her commitment to her family and community. She approached every role with the same dedication and love that she gave to her personal life.

As we say goodbye to Michelle Renee Morgan, we celebrate the life of a woman who was a beacon of love and creativity. Her courage in the face of adversity, her passion for life, and her unwavering commitment to her family will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her. Michelle's memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched.

Celebration of her life will be held at a later date and arrangements entrusted to Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home- GLADWIN CHAPEL.
