Lois I. Englehart Obituary
Lois Iiola Englehart at the age of 93, went home to be with her savior on Monday morning on January 6 at 6:30 AM, with both her brother and nephew by her side at the Carriage House Nursing Home. She was born on July 23, 1931, to Alfred and Jenny Englehart. She has been preceded in death by her parents, a sister Francis Wright, and two nephews Alvin and Albert Huff. Lois is survived by a brother Rev. A. James (Darlene) Englehart, two nieces, Colleen Connelly and Becky Huff, two nephews Rev. Jeff (Denise) Englehart and Rev. Jamie (Wendy) Englehart, along with many great nieces and great nephews who all dearly loved her, Lois worked at Mercy and Mclaren Hospital as a CNA for 37 years from which she retired. Family wants to give a special thank you to her caregivers where she lived with her nephew for 10 years. They were Judith Walker, Karen Hubbard, Colleen Connelly, and JoAnn Zier.
Lois was a faithful attender and supporter at Redeeming Love Christian Embassy where she was dearly loved. A celebration of life will be held on January 15, 2025 at Rivertown Funeral Chapel at 6:30 Pm with her nephew Rev Jeff Englehart presiding with inurnment at Floral Gardens Cemtery where she will be laid to rest next to her parents.
