She was predeceased by: her parents, William Starrett and Mary Starrett (Dewey); her husband William M. Kolb; her grandson Chad Kolb; her brother Bill Starrett; her sister-in-law Betty Starrett; and her nephew Rocky.
She is survived by: her sons, William J. (Barbara Kolb), Terry F. (Georgene Kolb) and Timothy A. (Debra Kolb); and her grandchildren, Amy, Jami, Carrie, Jeff, Russ and Sarah. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
