He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Gauthier and Irene Gauthier (Lapan); his wife Maxine Gauthier (Genow); his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Prieur (Louie), Geraldine Charbonneau (Eli), Katie Strawn, Ed Genow, Bill Genow (Cleo) and Fred Thorpe; and his siblings, Lester Gauthier, Karen Gauthier and Merle Strawn.
He is survived by: his pet Dexter; his grandchildren, Keith Gauthier, Irene Chesny (Wally) and Larry Gauthier; his great grandchildren, Jarryd (Veronica), Josh (Michelle), Mandy (Eric), Fred (Lynn), Jeff, Jason (Karen) and John (Cheryl); his siblings, Jake, Stephanie (Spencer), Heather, Maxwell, Brendan, Katelyn, Skylar and Brandon; and also Shirley Thorpe.
