She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Rotarius and Margaret Rotarius; her significant other Charles "Knobby" Phillips; her children, Walter Phillips (Randi) and Debra Paige (Thomas); her grandsons, Justin Paige (Sarah) and Nicholas Paige (Julie); her great grandchild Eleanor Paige; her siblings, Delorcey Rotarius, Elizabeth Dore, Margie Mogg, Rosie Julian, Lillian Hitz (ED) and Viola Deshano; and her siblings-in-law, Herbert Phillips and Joyce Dinsmore. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked to consider the family wishes or a memorial for Toni and Trish house.
