Jean Faye Maida Obituary
Jean Faye Maida, a beacon of love and selflessness, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2025, in Kawkawlin, MI. Born on September 4, 1948, in Carthage, TN, Jean's life was characterized by her nurturing spirit and her boundless kindness.
Jean found joy and purpose in her garden and cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren. She is remembered by her devoted husband, Ted Maida; her son, Mike (Linda) Rounds: her adored grandchildren, Brittny, Skyler, Devin, and Blake Rounds. Jean's legacy of love continues through her brothers, Tom, Ken, Bob, and Ray Hunt.
Jean reunites in eternity with her parents, Robert and Wanda Hunt, and her child, Dave Rounds. Her life was a testament to the power of giving, and she will be profoundly missed by all whose lives she touched.
Funeral Services will be held on April 9, 2025, at 11:00am at Beacon of Light United Methodist Church, 201 S Forest St. Standish, MI 48658 with Rev. Russ Poirier presiding. Friends may visit the church at 10:00am until time of service.
