He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Fowler and Elma Fowler (Hadd); and his siblings, Gloria Biers, Lucille Champine, Dolores Champine, Barbara Lauzon, Myra Nutkins, Harold and Raymond Fowler.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne LeBourdais; his children, Scott Fowler (Belinda), Kevin Fowler (Kathy), Ashley Musser (Kent) and Eric Fowler (Hope); his siblings-in-law, Shelby Fowler, Zeke LeBourdais (Karen) and Ed LeBourdais (Rochelle); his grandchildren, Zachary Fowler (Stephanie), Brady Fowler (Kennedy), Hannah, Abbie, Brandon Fowler, Lindsey (Taehlor), Jared, Blake Musser, Sophia and Sydney Fowler; and his great grandchildren, Kaiden and Ryker Fowler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
