He is survived by: his wife Diane Temple; his children, Michael Temple (Mindy), Mitchell Temple, Kimberly Alfano (Tom Hare) and Kelly Theisen (Victor); his grandchildren, Sean, Michael, Nicholas, Kassi, Brittany, Peter, Kimberly, Mollilyn, Derek, Chase, Mitchell, Chelsea and Zack; his great grandchildren, Paige, Aiden, Maryha, Vivian, Mia, Ashley, Aubrey, Carmelo, Rocco, Romeo, Retro, Libby, Trent, Breyona, Blake and Layla; his pet Sammie; his stepdaughters, Amanda and Amie; and his stepgrandson James.
