She was predeceased by: her parents, James Muncey and Eva Muncey (Johnson); her husband Dwayne; her children, Ruth Ann Worley, Michael LeForge, Dwayne LeForge and Alan LeForge; and her son-in-law John Worley.
She is survived by: her pet Boss; her grandson Joey LeForge (Amy); her sister-in-law Alice LeForge; and her caregiver Melissa Drouse.
