He is survived by: his aunt Sandy; his uncle Skip; his wife Teresa Miller; his children, Ashley, Abigail and Jonathan; his stepsons, Jacob and Joshua Quertermous; his granddaughter Paige Quertermous; and his sister Brandy. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
