He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Kozlowski; his sister Cheryl Wisniewski; his brothers-in-law, Edmund Ososki (Marie) and Rick Ososki (Kathleen); and his nieces and nephews, Jason Wisniewski (Kate), Kyle Ososki (Tiffany), Justin Ososki, Jessica Kurylczuk (Jacob), Jodi Trombley (Eric), Chelsie and Abby Ososki.
