It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecelia Mandigo (Kawkawlin, Michigan), born in Bay City, Michigan, who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Robert Charles Mandigo; her children, Kenneth, Kevin Rogner, Victoria, Robert II, Melissa and Daniel Mandigo (Erica); her grandchildren, Alyssa Rogner, Azlynn Fisher, Jameson Mandigo, Logan and Baby Cordova; her siblings, Dennis VanDenBoom (Carole Teets), Darlene McGillen and Mae Pifher (James); her brother-in-law Edward Casey; and her siblings, Gerard, Richard, Joseph, Leslie, MaryKay LaBean, Dianne Symborski, Janice Casey and Noreen VanDenBoom. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews and many friends.
