It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Dery Ritter of Kalkaska, Michigan, born in Traverse City, Michigan, who passed away on April 29, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ritter and Marie Ritter (Dery); and his brothers-in-law, Paul Slick, Michael Eagan and Daryl Anderson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Judith Eagan-Schinners (Ron), Frederick D. Ritter III, Alice Nobis (Jeff), Nancy Cross (Lynn), Mary Kaye Slick, Karen Davis (Jerry) and Michael J. Ritter; and his great-nephew Jake Gnegy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Bill's memory to the Window Fund at St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church or you can plant a tree in his memory.
