She is survived by: her children, Tracy Baggs (Ralph), Eric Elmy (Penny), Andrew Elmy (Chrisi) and Amy Elmy (Jason); her siblings, Dennis Webb, Gary Webb and Jan Webb; and her fiancé James Tennant. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
