Shirley May Whipple Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2023, at the age of 80, Shirley May Whipple of Kalkaska, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Burr Whipple and Dorothy Whipple (McKee); and her brother Bernard Whipple. She is survived by: her siblings, Arthur Whipple (Sharon), Patricia Price (Charles), Gertrude Acevedo (David) and Frances Brooks; and her close friend Hazel Alberts. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to St. Matthews Lutheran Church or donate a book to the library or the school in Shirley's name.
