She was predeceased by: her parents, Delos Heath and Margaret Heath (Lawrence); her husband Melvin "Mike" Collins; her children, Judy Collins, Alice Ernst, Georgina Collins and George Michael Collins; her grandchildren, Michelle Collins and Jeff Collins; and her great grandchild Kurtis Collins. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
