He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon C. Baggs, Sr. and Charlotte Baggs (Holmes); his siblings, Gayle, Margaret Baggs, Randy and Roy Baggs; and his nephews, Douglas Webb and Dakota Baggs.
He is survived by: his siblings, Laurie Webb (Steve) of Fife Lake, Vernon Baggs, Jr. of Kingsley, Tammy Ruszkiewicz (Ken) of Algonac, Charles Baggs, Sr. (Nikki) of Kalkaska, Ralph Baggs, Sr. (Tracey) of Kalkaska and Ella L. Baggs of Kalkaska. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and great nieces, and nephews.
