Borgen and Kelli D. Borgen; her pet Ares; her mother Pat Szymchack (Lee); and her siblings, Edward Szymchack (Debbie), Paul Szymchack (Rachel), Eugene Szymchack (Theresa), CathyAnn Szymchack and Eric Szymchack (Jennifer). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great- nieces and nephews.
