He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean Kilander; his children, Pam Bowman (Randy) and George Kilander, Jr.; his grandchildren, Randy Bowman, Jr., Joey LeClair, Jr., Christina Konarske and Jason Kilander; and his son-in-law Joseph LeClair, Sr.. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
