He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Wayne Hart Sr.; his wife Cheryl Ann Hart (Morrell); his mother Marlyn Sally Hart (Berden); and his siblings, Karen Lafleche (Keith) and Gregg Hart.
He is survived by: his son Joshua Hart (Jennifer); his siblings, Mary Dawn Baker (Steve), Rodney Hart (Sheri), Tim Hart (Phyllis) and Craig Hart (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Alyssa Hart (Troy) of Joshua Hart, JR. and Jacob Hart; and his great grandchild Peyton Martinez.
