He is survived by: his wife Virginia A. Thomas; his son James D. Thomas (Kathy) of Rexton, Michigan; his daughter-in-law Terry Reynolds Thomas of Kalkaska; his grandchildren, Jake Thomas (Pepper) of Ferndale, Corey Lee Thomas of Mancelona, Kassi Burkam (Jim Dorman) of Kalkaska and Ashley Thomas (Matt) of Howell, Michigan; his great grandchildren, Jolie Thomas of Ferndale, Cecilee, Blakelee Burkam of Kalkaska, Caden, Christian, Camden, Hope Thomas of Howell, Zacary Thomas of Mancelona, Skye Thomas of Burt, Kenny Cook of Kalkaska, Delilah and Trixie Thomas of Mancelona; his great great grandchild Levi Tobias of Burt; and his sisters, Catherine Westra of Georgia and Norene Jackson (Don Hogerhyde) of Grand Rapids. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
