He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Myas and Edwina Myas (Zettle). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Myas (Gelinas); and his children, Connie Reiten (Bob), Gary Myas, Dave Myas, Greg Myas, Cindy Webster (Dan) and Dennis Myas (Melanie). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Knights of Columbus.
