He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanette Cookingham (Mercer) and Corry Cookingham; his son Billy; his brother Corry Cookingham; and his nephew Lucas Manfield.
He is survived by: his sons, Craig Cookingham Jr. and Nick Cookingham (Breanna) of Kalkaska; his siblings, Sue Manfield and Curt Cookingham (Laura); his grandchildren, Izabella, Gage, Emma and Star; and his great grandchildren, Rose and Jacob.
