She was predeceased by: her significant other Russel Bogart II; her grandchildren, Carmen Gooden and Jacob Jenkins; her brother Gordon Rhoat; and her parents, Dan Rhoat and Dorothy Rhoat.
She is survived by: her children, Russel Bogart, Kelly Bogart and Susan Verekee.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kalkaska Funeral Home (152 S Cedar St, Kalkaska, MI 49646). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made on behalf of Betty Bogart to Kalkaska Animal Shelter.
