He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Binford and Emma Binford (Dactroth). He is survived by: his wife Evelyn M. Scheider; and his sons, Richard Binford (Rita) and Rodney Binford. He is also survived by two grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
