She is survived by: her husband John P. Makinen; her sons, Andy and Andrew Lee (Stephanie Watson); her nieces, Barbara Johnson (Roger), Nanette Cooper, Amelia Chapko (Ronald) and Jane Bialik (Jim); her nephew Tim Krause (Jean); and her stepsons, John W. Makinen, Tim Makinen (Dusty) and Mike Makinen (Ann).
