She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Malkowski and Justine Malkowski (McCormick); her husband Rex Smith; her grandson Kail; and her sisters, Bette, Marilyn and Jan.
She is survived by: her children, Kim (Jerry Stock) of Kaleva and Jon Smith; her grandchildren, James (Natalie), Isabella (Jameson), Sandra (Cameron), Chase (Savannah), Alyssa and Christopher; and her great grandchildren, Kailee, Angel, Luke, Joyce, Aubrey and Isabella. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
