He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Gale and Marjorie Gale (Corcoran); and his siblings, James Gale and Gwen Sting. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Gale of Fort Myers, Pamela Riley of Brighton and Lisa Markwardt of Canton; his grandchildren, Ashley Gale, Matthew Markwardt, Madison Markwardt, Aidan Riley and Sheldon Riley; his brothers, Howard Gale of Saginaw and Joseph Gale; and his close friend Linda Rood of Kaleva. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
