Wilma Elaine Summey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Elaine Summey of Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on December 20, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wansitler and Grace Schworm (DePew); her spouse Dale Summey; her sisters, Beverly Grobis and Marilyn Morr; her half-sister Carol Combs; her stepsisters, Marilyn Ely and Harriet McKerlie; and her stepgranddaughter Katelyn Dennis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherri Sousa (Bob) of St. Petersburg, FL, Terri Dennis, Jr. (Terry) of Portage, MI and Lisa Parsons (Butch) of Coldwater, MI; her grandchildren, Adam Blizzard (Molly), Alexander Miller, Courtney McLive, Morgan Glover (Kegan) and Nathan Parsons; her great grandchildren, Sterling, Kylie Miller, Hannah, Olivia Glover, Murphy Blizzard and Luke Glover; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Bommarito (Nick) of Port Charlotte, FL and Lorraine Emch of Decatur, IL. She is also survived by four step-granddaughters; nine step-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rosenberg Chapel (807 E Chicago Rd, Sturgis, MI 49091). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
