It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Van Maaren (Kalamazoo, Michigan), who passed away on June 11, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Maaren and Henrietta Van Maaren (Ebbers); his wife June A. Taft; and his siblings, Henry, George, Richard, Henrietta, Elizabeth and Francis.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Oliver (Steve), Roger, Douglas (Ramona), William C. Van Maaren and June Owen. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
