Joe Brogger wrote a sympathy message

“Bill and his family have been close families friends our entire lives . Bill was legendary 210 sailor and was quick to share many of his secrets on how to sail faster and win races. He was also a great historian of the 210 fleet and Gull Lake Yacht Club and always had stories to share after a long day of racing. He will never be forgotten. My family sends our deepest condolences to Jon, Tom and kridder.’ Joe and Jane Brogger”
