He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William C., Sr. and Mary Joan Bell (Wechsler); his wife Joy; his daughter Jennifer Jones (Edward); his grandchildren, Trey and Madelyn; his daughter Kathryn Bell (Larry Hickey); his sister Ailene Caltzontzin; and his niece Tabitha Bonkowski (Eric).
