She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Guarisco and Lillian Guarisco (Anselmo); her husband Kenneth Kruizenga; and her siblings, Neno Guarisco, Tony Guarisco and Lucille Stanfield.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Pavlack-Glassman (Richard Glassman), Jackalyn Daily, Kenneth Kruizenga and Bradley Kruizenga; her sister Lilly Amos (Terry Amos); and her granddaughters, Samatha Pixley, Malory Snyder and Carly Pavlack. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
