He is survived by: his children, Brittni Perry (Ryan) of Kalamazoo, Virginia Jones of Lebanon, Ohio, Tyler Jones (Jazzie) of Forest Park, Ohio and Caysee Jones of Loveland, Ohio; his grandchildren, Ethan Middleton, Noah Perry, Adrian Singleton, Stormie Singleton, Abel "Timothy" Perry, Izabella Jones, Carson Singleton, Melanie Jones, Naomi Jones, Veronica Bryan and Benjamin Jones; his siblings, Keith Jones, Carolyn Elliot, Christy Faulkner, Michael Jones, Traci Brannon and Brian Berry; and his grandchildren, Braxton Hammann, Benjamin Perry, Ella Hammann, Alexander Smith, Bentley Labadie, Samuel Smith, Bryleigh Perry and Oliver "Mark" Perry.
