He was predeceased by: his parents, Thorwaldson McMillen and Thelma McMillen (Nickerson). He is survived by: his wife Nicole; his daughters, Erin Wolford (Brad) and Kristin McMillen (Shawn Wallace); his grandchildren, Olivia, Lily, Liam Wolford, Cecelia and Daxton Wallace; and his siblings, Luise Craven and George McMillen.

Memorial contributions may be made to the West Michigan Cancer Center, c/o the funeral home.
