She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Hermenitt; and her siblings, Robert and Deborah Hermenitt. She is survived by: her husband Jim Delaphiano; her mother Bessie Hermenitt; her children, Tracy Cook (Grant) and Joey Delaphiano (Jenn); her grandchildren, Micayla, Mason, Emma, Alexis and Brayden; her great grandchild Malakai; her siblings, Dennis, Tom (Julie), Ruth, Terry and David Hermenitt (Jody); and her sisters-in-law, Sherry Charkowski (Jim) and Vicki Ritchie (Bobbie). She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
