She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Theal and Berenice Theal. She is survived by: her husband I. Charles "Chuck" Madden; her children, Anne Madden (Dana Morse) and Al Madden; and her sister-in-law Gloria M. Carlson (Stephen). She is also survived by two nieces, and a nephew.
