He was predeceased by: his father Richard Anthony. He is survived by: his mother Rena May Volker (Praay) of Jackson; his daughters, Amanda Volker (James Ruley) of Okinawa and Teresa Robinson (Paul) of Parchment; his grandchildren, Courtney Volker and Sean Allison; his wife Kathryn "Kathy" VanVlerah; and his siblings, Michael Volker (Sarah), Jeannie Paletz (Mike), Susan Zolton (Doug), Robin Volker (Lori), JoAnn Forbing (Ed), John Volker, Tom Volker, Mark Volker (Kelly), Alan Volker (Zina), Hope Bower (Chad), Sam Volker, Tim Volker and Tracy Volker. He is also survived by nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; and countless friends.
