He is survived by: his mother Delores Ellsworth; his siblings, Paul Muller (Michelle), Brenda Ellsworth (Glen Leonard) and Vicki Knight (Steven); and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Singh (Jagjit), Nicole Ambroso (Chad Harvey), Brad Hagerman, Tiffany Cropek, Craig Cropek and Katrina Taylor (Jacob).
