He was predeceased by: his parents, Return Mack and Eunice Mack (Swinehart); and his siblings, Donald Mack and Bertha Wright. He is survived by: his wife Ethel Mack; his children, Benjamin Mack, Amy Johnson (Rick) and Sara Mack; his grandchildren, Tyler Johnson, Mykayla Johnson, Gail Mack and Elizabeth Holfeldt; and his siblings, Patricia Block, Lois Maxson, Charles Mack, Caroline Russell, David Mack and Howard Mack. He is also survived by nine children.
