It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Woodruff of Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on September 2, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil Brondyke and Catherine Brondyke (Dykehouse); her brother Neil Brondyke, Jr.; her son Mark S. Woodruff; her grandsons, Mark R. Woodruff, Brent Martin Woodruff and Lance Hitchcock; and her great grandchildren, Leigh Crisman Hitchcock and Paige Hitchcock.
She is survived by: her fiancé Ralph Parker of Marcellus; her son Michael Woodruff (Susan) of Lawton; her granddaughter Michelle Barber (Andy) of Mattawan; her son Scott Woodruff (Cheryl) of Lawton; her granddaughter Heather Martin of Lawton; her daughter Cathy Kluting (Chuck) of Marne; her grandson Chad Hitchcock (Beverly) of Allegan; her siblings, Janet Gould of Kalamazoo and Ed Brondyke (Jean) of Newberry; her great grandchildren, Henry, Ben, Grayson and Rex Barber; and her friend Ralph Parker. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
She also volunteered at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic to sew cloth face masks for the Oshtemo Fire Department.
