She was predeceased by: her husband John A. Ptacek; and her brothers, Butch and Mitch Zultanski of South Bend, Indiana.. She is survived by: her children, Randolph Ptacek (Linda) of Portage, Dennis Overmyer (Corinne) of Kalamazoo, Robert Ptacek (Cathy) of Allegan, Dawn Kuethe (Gregory) of Savannah, GA, Jeffrey Overmyer (Lisa) of South Bend, IN and John M. Ptacek (Carmen) of Hudson, OH.; and her siblings, Tim Zultanski (Kris) of Granger, IN, Barbara Werntz of South Bend, IN, Kathy Laxson of Canby, OR and Mary Potter (Tim) of South Bend, IN.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family welcomes donations to the Alzheimer's Association as an expression of sympathy in Sharon's name.
