He is survived by: his children, Laurel Caswell (Charles) of Portage and Daniel Hornak (Judy) of Mt. Airy, NC.; his stepdaughter Charlane Anderson (Carl) of Arlington Hts; and his niece Susan Hornak of Kentwood Mi.
