He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Peters and Hilda Peters (Bosse); and his siblings, Richard, Allen "Bud", Chuck and Kathy "Teenie" Laes.
He is survived by: his wife Stella (Andrzejewski); his children, Matthew McCartney (Janiene) and Heather Barnes (Brian); his grandchildren, Aidan, Drew, Violet, Izabella, Amelia, Emma and Landyn; and his siblings, Dottie White, Milt Peters and Jan Beyer (Mark). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
