He was predeceased by: his parents, George Middlebrooks and Agnes Middlebrooks (Morgan). He is survived by: his sons, Roy A. Middlebrooks (Michelle) of Mattawan and Robert W. Middlebrooks of Paw Paw. He is also survived by three grandsons and two granddaughters; and three great-grandsons.
