Rosanne C. Robinson Obituary
Age, 66, passed away at her home in Kalamazoo on December 27, 2023, with family by her side. She was born in Plainwell on April 17, 1957, the daughter of the late Richard and Dora (Delp) Burgen. Rosanne was kind, loving and gentle. Her life's work was caring for her children, and she leaves behind wonderful memories to be cherished. Her heart and home were always open to those in need. Rosanne loved hosting Christmas and holiday gatherings and had a festive spirit. The house was always decked out and the table set. She enjoyed playing bingo and was a regular at the local hall. She also enjoyed playing cards and sewing. She was kind to animals and loved her pet dog, 'Murphy'. Rosanne's kind smile and laughter will be missed. On July 25, 1975, she married the love of her life Kenneth Robinson who preceded her in passing in 2019. She was also preceded in passing by three siblings, Sue Braun, John Dyer and Julie McDonald. She is survived by three children, Jason, Kevin and Shelby Robinson; seven grandchildren, Taylor, Caleigh, Samuel, Parker and Ezra Robinson, Candice and Nolan Jennings; five siblings, Jim (Patti) Dyer, David (Jane) Dyer, Rick (Tracy) Burgen, Paula (Don) Brown, Diane Day; many nieces, nephews and friends.
A funeral service to honor her life will be held on Friday, January 5, 2024, at the funeral home beginning at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., one hour prior to the service. Interment will be held at Portage South Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice, c/o the funeral home.
